Areas of expertise include but not limited to: Workforce Management & Manpower, Human Resources, Administration Services / Management, and a licensed Real Estate Agent. Ms. Brenda Gaines founded BG Consulting Services,. LLC in 2011, she serves as the companys CEO and has 30 years of Federal work experience in the areas of healthcare administration, management consulting, health systems, change management, organizational leadership, human resource management, program and project management, and administrative operations. Our team-oriented, employee-focused approach is “building the foundation from the ‘top down to the bottom up‘” – meaning, we target the culture and the performance of the entire organization to assist you in meeting your desired organizational goals. BG Consulting Services, LLC holds the following certifications: SBA 8(a), SDVOSB, VOSB (CVE) and WOSB. BGC is also a VIP graduate.
